Installing Your Email Signature

Gmail (Web)

  • Go to Settings → See all settings → Signature.
  • Click Create new and name your signature.
  • Use the “Copy to clipboard” button on this page.
  • Paste directly into Gmail’s editor and Save Changes.

Outlook (Desktop)

  • Go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
  • Click New and name your signature.
  • Use the “Copy to clipboard” button.
  • Paste into the editor and save.

Thunderbird (Desktop)

  • Go to Account Settings → (Your account) → Signature text.
  • Enable “Use HTML”.
  • Use the “Copy to clipboard” button, or optionally Download HTML file and attach it.
  • Paste or attach, then save.
