MOL's corporate transition program was structured around rapid information transfer and mindset shift across the organization.

The initiative encompassed new working methodologies and multiple technological innovations that required immediate adoption by all colleagues. To facilitate this knowledge transfer, MOL implemented Games for Business's gamified corporate learning system.

Participants engaged with story-based digital modules that delivered essential information through interactive gameplay mechanics. The gamified learning modules were systematically followed by practical application sessions where colleagues processed the theoretical content by implementing new procedures and addressing real workplace scenarios with trainer support.

Telekom

SkillJET – Personalized blended leadership development

The Telekom Skilljet program was structured around 4 foundational themes and 10 themes that support recent leadership challenges. After learning the basics with gamified e-learning, participants were able to learn from 10 challenges in a blended format, following the curriculum chosen as their individual target.

The gamified content was always followed by an online workshop where they processed the theory by sharing their own experiences and answering questions related to the topic with the support of a coach trainer.

The Preboarding Challenge

MBH Bank implemented a digital gamified pre-boarding platform to support newly hired colleagues at the very beginning of the employee lifecycle, which the company places particular emphasis on.

Deutsche Bahn

Preparation for the recruitment process

Deutsche Bahn, the largest railway operator and infrastructure owner in Europe, pre-selects thousands of applicants to fill the train driver and dispatcher positions all over Germany each year. To qualify for the job, candidates need to pass an aptitude test to see if they meet the expectations of these high responsibility professions. Unfortunately, a high rate of candidates failed the psychological test in 2018, and only a few who repeated it. The recruitment team of Deutsche Bahn decided to set up a new strategy with a brand new approach: our gamified learning platform was implemented to help candidates prepare for their exams more engagingly and efficiently.

Peregrin

With the implementation of our gamified learning system, The Reformed Church in Hungary has transformed education into a game-like learning experience. Children and their teachers all over the country were invited to participate in a knowledge contest. During their virtual journey, students had to retrieve lost data while traveling from one city to the next with the help of their hero, Peregrin. They were moving forward in the story and getting closer to find the lost information by solving various educational tasks.

They play as Coca-Cola HBC's chief decision makers and they shape the story: they maximize transactions, the revenue and the volume sold. They evaluate customers' performance, analyze market dynamics and competitive activity. With the team function individual as well as group efforts are recognized.

CIB Bank decided to initiate a comprehensive organizational process with the goal to prepare its employees for the challenges of digital transformation. Digital Galaxy is an online, game-based learning system that includes up-to-date and relevant knowledge about digitalization trends, tools, and processes in the consumer market and in the financial industry. Multipoly

Multipoly presents the multinational accountancy and consultancy firm PricewaterhouseCoopers operating in Hungary. Players of the virtual simulation participate in the online world of PwC starting with their job interview and working as virtual employees in the different operations of the company with different objectives defined for each area. The unique gameplay was created by the communications agency MarkCon.
